NETWORKING RATES
Original & 1 copy:  $4.50 per page
Add .50 per page for Expert, Technical, Video or Medical testimony
Additional copies:  $2 per page
Appearance:  $50 per session
             a.m. = 9 a.m. to 12:29 p.m.
             p.m. = 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
             eve. = beginning at 5:31 p.m. and billed each additional hour or portion thereof
ADDITIONAL RATES:
$200 minimum fee
DAILY:  Add $4.50 per page
EXPEDITE:  Add $2.25 per page
RUSH:  Add $1.95 per page

We are representing your agency on this job.  We will not give out our phone number or our agency name.
Please be sure to give us the phone number you want us to provide to counsel at the assignment by including it in the "Remarks" section of the form.

Job Delivery
Jobs are sent to your offices via email in your choice of ASCII or E-Transcript
Bills for services rendered are due within 30 days of delivery of job
Conference Rooms
Most conference rooms we offer have no fee - the ones that do are nominal (under $150 for the day)
We can coordinate other locations ~ please note they set the fee for same
Exhibits
Any exhibits retained by our reporter to be attached to transcript will be sent using either your FedEx or UPS account number; conversely we can send them ourselves and add the fee to our bill.  Please indicate your preference.
